One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve the local church. It’s not just on the weekends; serving opportunities are available seven days a week.
Whether you’re good with numbers, words, technology, or people, God wants to use your gifts and skills to make a difference, and here are some opportunities:
Host Team
From the street to the seat, our Host Team helps to create a comfortable environment during our weekend services. From helping people find a parking spot to a warm smile and a high five, Host Team members are the front lines of our serving teams.
Production
Our Production Team volunteers create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God through worship and tech. Operate lights, screens, and sound to support the Gospel being presented on the weekends. No experience required.
Switch
It’s not about saying all the right things or understanding everything students are going through. It’s about creating an atmosphere where they can belong. Help our students (grades 6-12) grow and find their identity in Christ.
LifeGroups
LifeGroups are a great place to connect with others who are learning and growing. LifeGroup leaders enjoy spiritual growth and meaningful relationships as they invest in others.
Prayer
The Prayer Team receives, prays for, and responds to prayer requests from people at CLC. The team also meets before each experience to pray for people to have a life-changing experience at each service.
LifeKids
LifeKids volunteers partner with parents each weekend by creating safe and unforgettable environments for your kids birth through 5th grade. With roles in and outside of classrooms, LifeKids volunteers are shaping the faith of the next generation.
Operations
Operations volunteers help with everything from posting on social media to preparing for special events. If you love working behind the scenes, then there’s a volunteer opportunity for you! Flexible schedules are welcome.
LifeMissions
Be a part of the team that is building relationships with those in need and working alongside our partner organizations to create opportunities for others to connect their passion to personal ministry.
Communications
If you have a knack for administration, writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, or communications, you might find your perfect fit volunteering on the Communications Team. Our team handles a wide range of responsibilities, from email marketing to copywriting. We have flexible opportunities to fit most schedules.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads Worship every Sunday morning. The team also practices one night a week for the following Sunday's set. In addition, the team will lead Worship Nights within CLC and occasionally with other Network Churches. Tryouts are required.
